I am passionate about assisting those who are struggling with confidence and direction to find their center to regain control of their lives to work toward the future they’ve dreamed of.
Over the past few years, I have taken courses in various modalities and worked with coaches who align with my spirit, beliefs, and direction to gain an understanding of how best to serve others. From my own experiences, I believe confidence is a major part of what propels us toward our goals and dreams but is also something many of us struggle with.
I am no stranger to the struggle, it has taken me a while to find the right balance, in addition to the tools that best assist and encourage confidence building.
